Our mission is to collect works of high-quality prose, poetry, and visual art to produce an annual journal showcasing the creativity of UW’s talented and diverse community.

Abi Smith, Managing Editor, (she/her)
Co-Editor in Chief. I am a fourth-year honors English Creative Writing Major with a business minor. My favorite literary genre is fantasy, and I have travelled to over ten countries.
Kathie Wu, Production Manager, (she/her)
Co-Editor in Chief. I’m a fourth-year Honors English Major in my second year at Bricolage! I make a mean cup of milk tea, and love writing poetry, rollerskating, and impulse thrifting.
Audrey Goddard, Poetry Editor, (she/her)
I am a second-year English major with minors in Art History and Textual Studies and Digital Humanities. My favorite author (and musician) is Patti Smith, and I love being outdoors as much as possible—hiking, climbing, running, and backpacking.
Nicole Lorang, Prose Editor, (she/her)
I am a senior studying English with a Business minor. In my free time I love going to concerts, watching new shows, reading thick books, and playing guitar.
Ava Boehm Jackson, Visual Arts Editor, (she/her)
I am a senior double-majoring in English Literature and Art (Photo/Media) with a minor in Dance! I collect quilts, salt lamps, ‘70s crazy daisy dishware, and postcards. My dog's name is Johnny Cash.
Raghavi Kantharuban, Layout Editor, (she/her)
Layout Editor, She/Her, first year in Bricolage. I am a sophomore majoring in Chemistry. I love to quilt, crochet, bake, and play video games!
Marisa Oishi, Editorial Intern, (she/her)
I’m a senior majoring in Informatics and minoring in Textual Studies & Digital Humanities (and possibly Dance). I love writing poetry, dancing, and choreographing, and someday I’d love to be a librarian!
Ryan Agarwal, First Year Representative, (he/him)
I am a first-year intended English (Creative Writing) Major with interdisciplinary honors. My favorite authors are Toni Morrison and Jennifer Egan. My hobbies include writing, rowing, and playing video games! I also love getting outdoors and going on hikes, running, climbing, etc.

Alisha Bose, Director of Communication and Outreach, (she/her)
I am a senior in Human Centered Design & Engineering with a minor in Disability Studies. I love reading absurdist literary fiction with insane plots and finding hearts everywhere I travel!
Sophie Geary, Social Media Coordinator, (she/her)
I am a senior double-majoring in English and Communications. I love to read historical fiction and am hoping to work in PR or publishing in San Francisco post-grad.
Ruby Storey, Outreach Coordinator, (she/her)
This is my fourth and last year at UW and I’m studying English and Journalism. My favorite book is Jazz by Toni Morrison and I love to play tennis.
Harrison Prow, Finance Coordinator, (he/him)
I am a Junior studying Business and International Relations. I spent fall semester abroad in Germany which was incredible and am looking forward to getting back to work at UW and seeing my dog again. My favorite book I read abroad was The Death of a Salesman.
Aramena Joos, Event Coordinator, (she/her)
I am a second year in the Foster School of Business pursuing Event Planning and Marketing. I love historical realistic fiction, dystopian novels, and books about sad, woeful women like Woman Destroyed by Simone De Beauvoir.
Ruby Ervin-McLean, First Year Representative, (she/her)
I’m a first-year student studying engineering, and this is my 1st year in Bricolage! I love anything fantasy (be it books, movies, or poetry), and I’ve lived in four different countries so far.
